I was thinking it was 2006. My 2005 Dyna came with a keihin CV. Sure was lots easier to switch to a Mikuni HSR instead of buying a fuel injection tuner. Still had to buy an ignition tuner though.

My '05 Springer was fuel injected, but you could have got the same bike carb'd. I think 2006 mentioned earlier is correct. I bought my '07 Road King Classic and I'm sure it was not available with a carb. Note, they have made these kinds of changes over different years for different models, likely using up available parts.

My 06 Electraglide was FI. As a matter of fact it was dialed so lean from the factory it suffered a lean sneeze off idle that required me to get a tuner to dial out. After that that bike ran great.
