I couldn't imagine not having a garage, or a pole barn. I think I would spend the time on a realtor site.

I said it barely fits, not that it doesn't fit. You think I would build a shed without measuring? 6 x 8 was the max I could go in the spot I needed it to sit. Any wider it would have gone over the property line. Any longer it would be in my pond.

6 feet wide with my Road King is just enough that I can walk beside the bike when its in the shed. I can't walk in front or behind it with the door closed because the bike is literally about an inch from touching both the front wall and the door. So if you go 6x10 you will probably be able to walk around the bike but just barely. And you can forget about trying to work on it or keep anything else in the shed unless you build some shelves.

The frost level up here is more than 3 feet and frost heave can be a problem - pouring cement pads below than and then using that as a footing saves money.

Great idea - save concrete and by extension - $$!

In northern IL, I had to put 4' footings and a pad just for my 12X12 yard barn. We got building codes.
