The one bike that I needed to have every type of bike was a custom build. Well I just added 15 Iron that was part off the custom build off contest that H- D in 15. They had it until last year when they sold a restaurant owner two bikes. The bike sold for $15K. The guy put 22 miles on it in three days and traded in in on a new touring bike as it was too small.
They tried too sell it for13K. I offered 9 and they accepted (It was my 7th bike from them this year)
It has a stage 4 kit, chain drive, custom pearl pant an most other parts are custom or hand built. It has 55 on the tank as a tribute to Roger Rieman as that was his racing number except the seasons that he ran the number one plate
I know that many don't.consider that when you build from stock is not a custom. But this one I do.
Look on Reiman's web site for their pictures. After a year of physical therapy I can not stand without holding onto a walker and I lost the power cord to my camera and the battery is flat. Foolish me I thought I would get some comments on just what some think qualifies as a custom.
