Security system
Went to start up my bike and the bike wouldn't start and the security light was still on so I replaced the batteries in the fob and still no luck the lights and everything works currently have it on the tender any other suggestions?

yep i have done the same thing. I did have a switch go out that if i jiggled it i could start it. That lasted until i could replace switch

Don't we have a bypass code on our bikes for just this sort of thing? One of my worries with all this keyless FOB **** is that the same thing will happen to me. Only, I won't be home when it does. Thanks for this thread. I gotta dive into my owners manual and find the bypass for the keyless FOB...

I just checked to see if I put the battery in upside-down and I just bought the batteries today so I don't think it's the batteries

okay, so you have the newer proximity security. that's one step closer. do you know your override code? and have you tried to start your bike using that? make sure you don't have your fob near you when you try.
does the fuel pump prime when you first turn your ignition on? do you have the kill switch in the run position? does the starter turn over and it just not firing or does nothing happen when you press the start button? is it in neutral?
