Oh well....it's nothing really. I'm always lurking about looking around for something that I might like to have. I am considering an '08 Ultra, but ruled out copper/black so I'll wait to see what my dealer gets in stock after the first of the year. I especially don't want to buy an early '08 model likes those on the floor now. Give a little time....see what develops.......and then wait for any bugs to get worked out. As far as this particular bike is concerned, I just thought it was interesting because it'sthe sameas mine. I think his bike will sell probably at $13k, but I'd be surprised if it sold for anything more than that. My theory is HD's have saturated the market. There's more HD's for sale than any of the metric brands by a huge margin. At least here in So Cal anyway. So because of the used inventory + the upgrades (96 cu in motor, 6 speed tranny & 6 gal tanks) I think it's depressing the values of the older bikes. Don't get me wrong, I think the '03 was definitely one of their best years. Zero problems with mine anyway. Still there were several changes that have taken place in the last 5 years.
