Would this be the plug in for battery tender? Same location as others ive had but different plug

Not for a Deltran brand battery tender, which uses an SAE connector that looks like this:

It appears to be for a specific charger or perhaps accessory that was run off the battery. Trace the pigtail and verify that the other end is hooked to the battery.

my Schumaker uses that pigtail too...........

I agree maybe its for a specific charger I have not seen, all I have seen use the pigtail others posted here. My best guess it is maybe for an accessory, see if it run to the battery like Dawg suggested

Looks like the connector from an older OptiMate 3.

I agree. That's an Optimate connector.
They're OK as far as maintenance chargers go, but the SAE connector is more common.

The newer (2012+) Optimates use SAE connectors. Prior to 2012 they used TM connectors.
