No one really..Hubby has ridden it once and my mechanic but that is it.
In general if I knew the person and thier riding style well I might be inclined to allow them to ride it.My brother-in-law would be one....but he has been riding for years.....If my brother asked it would be a no because he has not ridden in years. I wouldn't mind switching with someone either if we were both interested in the other's ride.
I let my brother and cousin ride it. My wife doesn't ride it anymore since the handlebar change. And every once in awhile, depending on who and when, I'll let a good friend take it for a short spin.
I've let my wrench ride it and the day I picked it up from the stealership I had to have an emergency root canal earlier in the day...

If I had a relationship w/my dad.... I might let him ride it .. he got me into scooters when I was just a wee turd. his last bike was a chopped up BSA 650 and his buddie rode a triumph.
