Im not sure what I find more amusing, the football air cleaner turned into an actual football, or very low miles. Approx. 70,000. To each their own but I would imagine the market for that bike is very limited.
As a motorcycle, that has close to negative value. You can buy 20yo baggers in more or less original condition all day long for half of what he's asking, and save yourself the trouble and expense of removing all the Packers stuff.
As a piece of sports memorabilia, it's not worth much more. The Bart Starr connection is kind of cool, but not really worth anything. If he, or some other well known player had actually owned it, that might add some value. But as it is, it's just a bike that someone got carried away with. And in the memorabilia world, items that are big and hard to display are inherently worth less.
I'm guessing some fanshop in Green Bay had this made back in the day and used it as a promotional tool. Or maybe it was put together by an overly enthusiastic fan directly. Whatever the story, it doesn't qualify as an actual piece of team memorabilia.
And not to get political, but the NFL's popularity (along with the other sports leagues) is in freefall at the moment thanks to all the "woke" stuff. That isn't helping this guy's cause.
Running joke between my sons and I. Bring a new project into the shop and one of them will always say " hey Dad, lets build a theme bike".
As far as the Packer bike, I try to keep my opinions quiet and tried to teach my guys the same. please don't ask. Hell I saw a Jeep with Swangas and low profile tires.
If the owner likes it COOL, if someone buys it - that is what it's worth.
