I've been using Ride Planner on the computer to plan my rides, and then using my phone with the app for navigation. Recently I make the map, go to use it and the ride is saved on the computer. When I try to use it for navigation the route is not in the app. I tried clearing the app cache, deleting the app and reinstalling to no avail.
Wouldn't be an issue if my Zumo 660 decided it can no longer find satelltes, coincidentally at the same time as the Ride planner mishaps.
I i can't get this resolved, will probably try out Rever or if someone else has recommendations I would gladly try them.

Sorry got nothing for ya, but that is why i just stick to the old paper maps. Hope u can get your problems resolved.
Try doing a search on the map (scroll around the map looking for those stupid orange icons of routes) at the start point of the route within the app (use the Where to icon) and see if you find your saved route. I've had this happen numerous times.

That didn't work. The app shows the ride with a pic of the map then when I click on it to ride it the map shows the start point, no route and the details of the ride wont open.
Whats strange is that some of the routes from earlier work just fine. The newer ones don't. I really dont want to delete any rides that I have in there, but I may have to download the gpx files and just delete them.

I like Rever much better for ride planning, but have had zero success uploading Rever .gpx files to my Harley GPS. If you are just running it on your phone Rever is much better. And if you wait for a 50% off sale you can get the premium package for $15 which gives you Butler maps.
I haven't used the app to plan a ride on Harley Ride Planner, I plan the ride on my computer, then save the file to a USB stick and plug the USB stick into the bike. I tried the Harley App and had some problems with it, tech support was no help so I un-installed it.
Happened to me recently as well. Gonna try a couple things to see if It will show up on the phone app and let u know.
I tried deleting the app and reinstalling,
Deleting the cache and user settings.
Turning off all permissions and reallocating those permissions.
Nothing worked so far. I have a complaint in with the APP but no response so far.

Thanks for the info on Rever. I tried playing with it, but without google maps or another product to search for places it is very limited. They now have it for 48.00 for the year in an annual payment so I might go that route soon. I do like that they claim you dont need cell service for it to work,
