It maybe a Swap Meet Special. Where no two parts had ever been together before.

That's not a bike that someone just threw together. It looks to have been very carefully built to look like an old bobber. I'm guessing the frame is maybe a 1950 but old Harleys had no frame numbers, the serial number was on the engine case. 1970 up the serial number was on the frame. That's what the engine is. I would be curious to know what the title says, but then again i don't know how they do them in Deutschland.

It’s a Shovel in a wishbone frame from the 50’s so I’d say his description is accurate, the price seems fair.

That’s a great looking bike, you probably won’t double your money at that price but I’d give $6-7k for that any day of the week. Buy it and ride the crap out of it! Like someone else already said if you tried to replicate that you would have more than that invested. Best of luck

If you're looking to flip something for a big profit, and you're a regular here on the Forum then you probably already know, the big money flips come from buying used Harley jackets from thrift shops. Crossthread points?

I’d buy that for $6-7k easy. If it was here in the states.

I might ponder buying it at $10k.

From two photos, it looks well done. And I’m a sucker for cherry red bikes.

If that had been assembled by Indian Larry or his German equivalent it would cease to be a Frankenbike and be called a custom build and the price would be crazy deutsch marks

i like it
