I bought a used bike from my local dealer last week. Since then, Ive been inundated with surveys. Ive responded to the all with glowing praise for Pig Trail H-D in Rogers Arkansas which is where I bought the bike. Normally when I complete an online survey I just answer the multiple choice questions and ignore the essay questions. This morning however I decided to elaborate and actually do a written response to one of the questions.
The question basically asked if there was anything additional about my buying experience I wanted to let them know? It stressed, we want to hear it all!
My reply was short but I think, to the point. I said, The clean restroom was a plus.
I hope this helps the dealer score some points with the MOCO.
Yes it is. I was also going to mention the hot chicks at the Motor Cloths desk but the MOCO being what it is nowadays, I was afraid they would accuse me of being sexist or some such thing.
I guess I need to actually quote someone when I reply to them. The conversation tends to loose its continuity when someone else gets a comment in before I can respond to a previous post without quoting it.
