From reading your other posts I assume that you are digging pretty deep into your bike.

You can get lots of help here on the forum, but it is not a substitute for the Factory Service Manual.

Always good advice. I have the non factory manual that attempts to do way too much for too many years. However even the factory manuals sometimes seem to require a manual for how to read and navigate through manuals. I've done this on newer bikes and its really easy... was hoping for a quick reply or a link to a thread thats someone else has already posted... I've tried searching already...

Soo head light comes off to reveal the bolts mounting it

Remove headlight and headlight bucket. Inside of fairing , on R/L , you'll find two each nuts holding fairing to mounting plates.

Ronnies micro fiche still posts 1993 parts with the pics.

Thank you i managed to figure it out from partial information in a thread about a different year bike.
