I just changed my bulbs to LED bulbs. Works great, very bright and maintains the original look of the headlight. Did the same for all the lights. I did buy an equalizer to counteract the hyper flash of the signal lights. Cheap upgrade and I have the original bulbs as backup.

Not a fan of the projector bulb look...

I did the HogWorkz Halo on my Street Glide a couple months ago and put on my my wife's sporty last year. Love them. Super bright, easy to install (Street Glide was actually easier than the sporty). Look great and super bright.

I recently installed Hogworkz Halomaker headlight and passing lamps, and a Custom Dynamics tail light on my '04 Road King. The lights work great and I'm happy with the headlight's beam pattern. The halos in the Hogworkz headlights can be easily disconnected. I used the headlight mount that came with the Hogworkz unit. The installation went well but the chrome headlight mount does protrude from the trim ring about 3/8". I'm okay with with it.
The Custom Dynamics tail light was easy to install and works as advertised. I bought the lights from Revzilla.

Bought my Daymaker off of Harley’s website on their Clearance section. It must be an older model they wanted to clear out? Then added CD LED turn signals.

I bought the SunPie. Being an old coot that is (or was) accustomed to buying sealed beam headlights for less than ten bucks, I just can't bring myself to pay 400 bucks for a single headlight, no matter how much people rave about 'em.

The first night-time ride with the SunPie, and I was "Holy Cow, this thing lights stuff up!"

I was a bit concerned about getting flashed from oncoming drivers, but didn't get that a single time. The top horizon beam is wide and flat. I like it.

I tried LED bulbs in a standard 7" lens housing, but the light was scattered and pretty ineffective.

I've been pleased with JW Speaker. It puts out a nice clean beam of light where it's supposed to be. It also dropped right in.

I've seen the cheap headlights. There's a reason for the price difference.

I got all the LED lights installed today.

on my 2009 Heritage I added the

7 inch E-Mark headlight, the matching spotlights haven’t come in yet
LED turn signals from NTHREEAUTO (these don’t require a lens cover), the fronts are a white running light that changes to amber turns
LED bulb and smoked lens on the fender tips, want to find a white LED bulb for the front fender tip light
it already had a “Bright *** Tailight” installed when I got it. It flashes constantly, I need to figure out how to turn that off or get a new tail light.

The headlight is brighter than stock, and hi beam is great. Not completely satisfied with lo beam performance.

on my wife’s 2014 Sportster

5.75 inch Wisamic headlight, the version with the always on Halo
LED turn signals from the LED store, the fronts are white running lights that change to amber turns
LED taillight from the LED Store, “eagle claw” type, three vertical bars

the Wisamic headlight on the Sportster is impressive, great performance on both high and lo beam. The OEM headlight on the Sportster was already yellowed and didn’t put out much light. The bike only has 2300 miles on it and is like new. I really like the front turn signals that are white running lights that change to amber turn signals. This bike has the CANBUS system, the trick of turning on the 4 way flashers for a couple minutes worked to fix the quick flashing turn signals. But I have a constant red light on the speedo, the indication of a security system failure. But this bike doesn’t have the security system. I’ll have the local shop clear the codes when I have it in next.

Your post prompted a question in my head.
It's been awhile since I ck'd on leds. probably 4-5 years.
A ridding buddy got his headlight taken out the other evening, so he's asking me about sunpie leds.

A few years ago there were some strong comments about the cheaper leds lights interfering with radio reception FM IIRC.
If you don't mind me asking. Did you experience a loss or reduction in radio reception in the last 3 years as mentioned.

Thanks for your time WP
