I'm 5' 7" and thought about a nice set of high heels but all my buddies at work said that would make me a FAYG! Except for Ed, he just kinda smiled and winked. [:'(]

Okay now a serious reply for you Judy. I am only 5' 3 1/2" and I can touch flat footed but I don't have as much bend in my knee as I would like. I have made the statement on several occassions that I needed boots with a little bit of a heal so I could get my feet planted a little bit more fimly on the ground. I would say with a chunky heal it should not be a problem. As long as it is a boot that is designed for riding. HD makes harness bootssome with a bit of a heal.
Now I rode on the back of Sean's bike with heals on (high heel boots) and had a horrible time keeping my feet on the pegs.
