RE: Ive been thinking...................................
The Fat Bob is tempting me, but I need to see and ride one, and hear others' experience with the California '08 version of the 96" before deciding. Bottom line: for this next one, I want a gas-and-go bike, so if it requires a Stage-anything to run properly, I'll be looking elsewhere.
RE: Ive been thinking...................................
I remember talking to a guy a few years ago outside a dealership. He was standing next to his new Dyna and I told him it was a beauty. He said, "it ain't bad, I got another one at home - 20 years old, ain't nothing this new one can do that the old one can't." Good point . .

RE: Ive been thinking...................................
I was all set to pick up an 07 Road King Classic until I walked into the showroom and saw an 08 in crimson red sunglow. Not only did my head hurt but my heart started beating like a kid on Christmas morning. I fell in love with the new tank, etc. I figure if I was going to do it, might as well order it with ABS. Hopefully it'll be here in 6-8 weeks!
The clincher was the dealership gave me $13,500 on my 06 WG with Stage I. How could I possibly walk away from that deal! Fora little over6K more out the door with a security system and ABS!
