Hey guys,
Need help with this one. I've got an 05 fatboy and want to get a removable windshield.
My bars are standard, but I have the Fatboy passing lamp light bar kit with relocated
turn signals. Can anyone recommend a shield and removable kit, and explain why there
are different heights offered for shields? Thanks
I just bought a 17" Memphis Shades windshield to replace the stock 21" windshiled on my Police Road King. It's really stylish and mount directly to the factory quick detach brackets.
Different height windshields accomodate the different heights of riders. It's personal preference of course, butthey say that in a normal riding position youshould be looking over the top of the windshield, as opposed to looking through it. The top of the windshield should be around the same height as your nose...but again this is subject to one's personal preference.
