For the record EACH AND EVERY HD DELPHI ECM IS LOCKED AT THE FACTORY. It is required by the government. As a matter of fact the lock and key gets changed by the factory all the time, so each year you have to figure out what it takes for the new one. While some years we get lucky and they don't change them, it not uncommon for them to use different setups within ONE MODEL YEAR on different models. So in order for anyone to gain access to the ECM they have to pick the lock, just the way it works. Same for GM, Ford, Chrysler, Honda, Toyota and every other car and motorcycle manufacture. This is no different than you buying a house, car or anything else and loosing the keys to it.

So how many of you do not lock your house, motorcycle, car or items of value to you up? How many of you put locks on and then add an alarm on top of it?
