after leaving a review on google i had an email within a few minutes. theyvsay theyll make it right. they havent expanded beyond that, tried saying they reached out more than once and to check my spam folder. i bought similar outseam gloves from langlitz and had a slight issue with sizing when i got them. they emailed me back thatvdaybwith a reasonable solution that regardless of what happened id be made whole again. langlitz didnt even think about blowing me off and they deal with jackets thatvrun in the thousands but theybtook time to deal with my piddly glove order. sullivan tried to send me a sub par product, then tried to blow me off after the fact. well see what their solution is.
to the poster saying about inside out, theyre just called outseamed gloves. ive had both ways and really like the outseams. no seams to irritate anything or cause pressure points on your fingers. i highly recommend them.
I had a sizing issue with a pair of Sullivans I bought and the owner was very responsive- all was settled to my satisfaction. Hope it works out for you too.
when i had my sizing issue with langlitz they were too small. i emailed and they said theyd return them no problem, but they really wanted me to toss them in some water and wear them for a few weeks. if i still didnt like them theyd return them worn. seemed pretty reasonable to me, i didnt have anything to lose with that offer. i did that and i never bothered returning them. they fit awesome and have held up great. hopefully sullivan will be accomodating but i dont feel like i should have to put them on blast to get a response. if they handle this well ill for sure recant this post and give a good review.

I think your right, hope you get your money back. I always try to order threw Amazon if they have them. They have a very good return policy.
I moved on from leather years ago. Rev-It has become my go to. I have a pair for all season. My summer gloves offer great protection while flowing a lot of air. My mid season or comfortable, warm and easy to use the controls. My winter are even more warm along with being waterproof. They all work very well with the touch screens on the boom and my cell phones. Excellent quality.

im just not a fan of textile gloves. i like the way leather feels. you can get winter leather with a goretex style insert and my perfed summer gloves flow enough air that heat isnt am issue. ive never had a moment where i wished a leather glove did something else, and if i wanted a glove with armor i can get those too. im not opposed at all to alternative materials, i just havent found any i like more than a deerskin leather glove and i like that i can get an american made leather glove. havent seen a textile pair that wasnt made in some other country.

Reason: Forgot info
at this point theyve said theyll take the gloves back, im waiting to hear back about return shipping. they said theyd send me a label for me to send the gloves back for touchup, im not sure yet if shipping will be out of my pocket or not for a straight return. they offered to exchange for their standard gloves, but at this point i just want my money back. i went ahead and ordered a pair of custom churchills just because i know i like their products. im emailing sullivan tomorow to find out what they want for return shipping details. i know gloves are a relatively inexpensive thing for a bike, but its honestly something i never go without. theyre small, but to me, extremely important.
the sullivans are their shorty classic with vented back, velcro closure and two tone black back/grey palm. ill probably post a review when i get them.
If they are sending you a shipping label, it won't cost you anything, just you time to box them up, put the label on them and drop them off at UPS, or wherever they ship from.

thats the thing. they were when they were touching them up, i dont know if thats changed since its just going to be a return. i emailed them on friday i think, ill wait until tomorow and send an email in the afternoon and ask what their return process is. im not expecting alot since it basically took a crappy google review to get them to respond to begin with. i still maintain stick with churchills for this type of glove.
