MYRTLE BEACH 2008
NOW IT IS EARLY BUT MAKING PLANS TO GO TO MYRTLE BEACH IN MAY OF 2008 FOR BIKE WEEK WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THE BEST AND CLEANIEST HOTEL TO STAY AT. WOULD LIKE TO BE WHERE THERE

I've camped at Myrtle many times over the years, always at Ocean Lakes,once in a tent (never again), sometimes in a pop-up,sometimes in a motorhome we had or sometimes in one of our Airstreams.......I've seen my days of camping at Myrtle. If you work it out on paper, you can stay in a pretty nice hotel, condo, or house for the cost of camping.

Oh, and DH and I thought WE were acting "old" this year when we went to Myrtle and camped out in our custom van! No, we cannot do the tent thing anymore either...he is 58, I am 44....too damn OLD to sleep on the ground! But the van was COMFY as HECK!!!
