My niece is 1/3rd my age and she loves to get on the back and participate in Rolling to Remember. I did it once on a ZX14 and once on a Diavel but she feels more comfortable with the seat, back rest, foot peg location and then the side bags. Add in a back storage rack that we can put food and helmets in zippered luggage and it's just about perfect. Is practical old? The Evo, it has, could be more powerful and then a 6 speed would be great. Nothing is perfect. But it's a 97 and both of us like it.
