Sportster leaking fuel from breather

Default Sportster leaking fuel from breather
Hello, I have a 2003 sportster, and I was cleaning out the tank the other day and I blew through the breather nipple on the bottom side of the tank because it was having weird pressure issues everytime I’d take the cap off. I blew into it to make sure it wasn’t blocked. Well that must have done something inside the tank because now it just acts like another petcock and leaks a ton of fuel. I capped it for now but that obviously isn’t a smart fix. Any ideas of how to fix this

Please describe "weird pressure issues" so we don't have to guess.

Just keep blowing it. The fluid will stop spurting out eventually.
