Remove curb rash?
Remove dents ?
Lace spoke wheels ?
True existing spoke wheels?

I do if you need a 13.5X28 tractor tire mounted.
Oddly enough, Farm & Fleet won't do it, and they even have "Farm" in the name.

Slabsides in Campbell might be able to help you. They work on lots of Dynas & FXR's. Call them @ (408) 364-0284.
