Why would you ask a bunch of people on the Internet you've never met, may never meet, whether you should go black or chrome?
Since the only difference is color, shouldn't you be the one deciding?
(no, I am not trying to be difficult or an a$$hole, but I see these "type" of posts all the time and I HONESTLY want to know.)
I've even seen "What color bike should I buy?"
Oh, to answer the original query. My answer is "whichever you like best and to heck with all of us"
Yea it's def a head-scratcher why someone would have the audacity to come in here and have a General Chat about Harley Davidson. I mean the nerve of some people.
I just put the Sunpie chrome lights on my Heritage but, then again, I like shiny chrome.
I don't think there is a difference in brightness or functionality between the two, but I could be wrong. That being the case, it comes down to personal preference.

Thank you and I appreciate your comment and yes is ultimately my decision but I also wanted to see how each one (Chrome or Black) look on a bike . Again I'm new to all this so I will make mistakes and bad decisions and that's fine we all do, IMO that is what everyone here is for, to help and guide. Thank you again.
My road king is loaded with chrome but I went with a black light and running lights. I like it because it stands out because of all the chrome. Have had many people comment that they like the black on it too. To be completely honest I would probably be just as happy with the chrome. My opinion for your bike to go with the chrome. Chrome is timeless and it goes great with any color lol. But like the other guys have said...your bike your choice, at the end of the day...but get chrome.
