I use a fleece, tube style neck gaiter (I don't know the brand, my wife bought it for me). I tuck the top part up into the base of my full face helmet, and the bottom under the zip up neck of the fleece top I wear under my leather jacket. This makes for a windproof, draft free ride for my neck and face. Combined with the windshield, fork fangs, and soft lowers, I am actually quite comfortable down into the upper 20's/lower 30's.
