I’m gonna guess a small camp stove. They make them tiny enough that they’ll fit anywhere. Smaller than a soda can in most cases.

With the cooler weather I have been able to ride my bike to work without having to towel down after parking it.

Yeah...I use one of these MSR stoves for alpine hiking trips. It would fit nicely in my saddle bag. My son uses a fold up type that burns small twigs and produces a surprisi9ng amount of heat. I'm always looking for something new though.
