I’ll definitely ask about the CVO designation.

Are there other concerns I should have about a 2016 Wide Gilde?

By 2016 Harley had the twin cam engine pretty well sorted out. I believe 2016 Dynas had the 103HO engine, which had slightly more output than the previous 103.

Fixed it for you. No such thing as a CVO Dyna Lowrider S. Only a Dyna Lowrider S with a 110" twin cam motor.

You're right, the 2016 non-touring CVO model was the Pro Street Breakout

There were 3 different CVO bikes in 2016 and none of them were Dynas.

The Limited, the Road Glide Ultra, and the Street Glide were the CVO offerings.

You're also asking about the value. What is the price in the ad?

That Rider Magazine article was dated 8/23/2015. While it wasn't a Dyna, the 2016 CVO Breakout was a late release. January 2016 as I recall.

Ok but that’s still not a Dyna. Breakouts were Softail IIRC

I thought I made that clear in my reply.
