Now whether your dealer will take that into account when honoring a warranty is up to them. which for warranty concern is why I assume you're asking.
Also on that note my dealer never said a word to me about my bike being tuned when I brough it back in for what turned out to be a bad fuel pump with less than 2k miles on my bike. But that was also 8 years ago and dealer's attitudes have changed.
