Yes, Telegram is a messenger app and yes I think it’s a scam. I would contact the dealer and let them know that scammers use their name.

I'll message them. As suspected....clicked on the account info and it took me to videos made by....Drumroll.....China man.

They also have RV that a minor won and cannot claim. All you have to do is give them your name and some information and it's yours. Or the latest on FB, click and type AMEN or other themes and it directly links them to your account with tons of spam overload, as if there's not enough already.
