What do you guys do with your old batteries?
Find any use for them or just toss them
Was going to hook it to the wifes vibrator but not enough power...

Recycle them. You can take 'em to Lowes, they have a battery recycling dropoff box.

Auto parts store will give you 5 or $10.

O'Reilly's gave me $10. Which I put towards a bottle jack for the J&S jack that was leaking

Where I live there's a core charge on a new battery purchase which is refunded when you bring in your old battery

12.3 volts is only about halfway charged. I bet if you charge it it'll start your bike at least.

I would replace it just as others have said, but keep in mind that a fully charged battery is 12.8 volts, 12.6 volts is 98% state of charge, and 12.0 is 0%.
