I am still waiting for an appology from M0e or atleast manning up and saying he was wrong.
What was he wrong about?? The OP said the guy is doing fine. Get the **** over it, already.
You are the only one tipping over in this thread about something that has nothing to do with YOU. We get it, you want a big touring bike. If you need to get a dirt bike before you step up to a bagger, we don't care.
You cant read for **** probably as your like **** all over this forum, ****stick
We grew up riding dirt bikes and ATVs together.
Now shut the F up. Would ya? Its FN over, his buddy is riding just FN fine. And they have pictures to prove they ride.
Take your non riding **** opinionated nonsense somewhere else.
As I taught in the military, stupid people have to know theyre stupid, its not possible to say the stupid **** or do stupid things and not learn so yea, stupid people know they are. Cant fix it.
Did not teach to people to read, or man up.

I guess I am the only one thinks it is not the best idea to take your first bike ride on $$$ touring bike. Most people would recommend it as learner. I also said being a bigger guy should help him, and having a buddy.
I'm excited for you and your buddy. Nothing brings guys more fun than a good ride together.
I would only suggest you encourage your riding brother to make the ergos so controllable and comfortable so as to ride hard and long without issue. Bad Ergos kill new riders.
Other than that life is for fun and it is hard to come by fun. So go for it!
My two cents.

Yep, he is already looking at a new seat and different bars.
He also just ordered a set of floorboard extenders. He really like the way mine felt.
As stated above. One of the BEST things in life is a really good riding buddy. In fact, it's priceless. Best of luck to you and your buddy - Safe riding!
