I would agree correct punctuation would of made his question easier to read. When did this forum become an English class? Why did you feel a need to attack his grammar? Not everyone has an EnglishDegree. Therefore, they should not be expected to have prefect grammar.

Given that you just started riding, I can only hope that your judgment and decision making processes increase before you end up hurting yourself and/or perhaps others in turn.

The quote "endorsment, after dark" is a single statement. Itis not separated by a comma. Well, maybe it was not a quote. Hold on you used an ellipsis. An ellipsis is only used when omitting words from a quote. When you use an ellipsis itis only three. It is not the eight you used. Oh, by the way you misspelled the word endorsement.
