I think Tommy C was right on target.

But - if you're instead only considering three-wheel trikes, I'd take a decent look at this one. It's different, and it looks like it retains the fun of leaning:

Another option is to just trade in the current bike on an existing Harley trike. Certainly much less hassle, and may also be more cost-effective.

As for conventional trike conversion kits, I'm sure someone else will be along to discuss their experience with those.
That is quite impressive, I remember back in the early 80's a guy doing a demo with a side car called Equalean where the motorcycle and side car both leaned when turning but they just never seemed to catch on.
If the day comes I have to go to a 3 wheeler I would seriously consider that type of front end set up.

What?!! Never heard of the Equalean; a little googling has been illuminating. Looks like Diamonado is making a modern version today, they have rigs for 2009+ Touring and 2018+ Softails.

But it also brought up something that looks really interesting to me. Check this out:

I'm not old enough to abandon two wheels, but if I ever do need a third wheel, that looks like a hella promising option to me! Two quick bolts and you're back to two wheels, and the rider gets a stable platform. But it does seem like turning to the right might be limited or may result in crowding the passenger on this type.

Lehman Trikes used to have a plant in Spearfish, S.D. and made the components for HD's Tri-glide for a while. HD Moco screwed them and they were closed,
Heard they were back up and running, but don't have details. Try Google.

Buddy of mine did one with a Jaguar rear-end. It leaned with the bike and used a starter motor for reverse. He has since passed away, and I don't know what became of it.

Has been quite a few years but that is the name that sticks in my mind, I remember the side car also leaned the same direction as the motorcycle when turning, that is the only time I ever remember seeing one, that was around 1982. I tried doing a search also and could not come up with anything about them.
