Glenn, you have a very nicely set up motorcycle. The Pro-Actions will be the icing on the cake. Call them Monday morning and talk directly with them, inquire and tell them what you are needing. I know they will do everything possible to accommodate you.

Yes you are .I'm the douche who doesn't put up with shitty customer service.
Call them or STFU. What a Mitch, drama queer. Yea I said it, you attacked a great small company on a site full of supporters. Your own timeline shows youre a douche. As one posted, please take your business elsewhere.
(I will get banned for defending right)
I probably wouldn't have made a thread so quickly, likely wouldn't have made a thread at all, but the OP doesn't seem like that guy, he's not a new member, he didn't sign up to the forum just to bash a respected business, I'd say you went in him unnecessarily, cut him some slack...
Does it matter? You didn't like the Bitubos. I bet you don't like the Pro Actions either especially if this is your post before you even get them. Good thing you are not entitled though.

Glen- Second time you’ve done this. Dissing reputable vendors here because of your unrealistic expectations. I was also disappointed to read that you are my age, which means you are old enough to know better.

Regarding the bitubo's, I had never read anything bad about them. I could never get them dialed in. Don't you think that others should know? Not to get too political, but that's what's wrong with our country, too many yes people.
Now, I did sell the bitubo's and the guy who bought them loves them. He only made a slight adjustment from my setting.
Now the reason that I couldn't get the bitubo's dialed in may have to due with the fact that I had a bad rear wheel bearing. I had new tires put on last Saturday and the right rear bearing was moving around like a Hulu dancer. I never heard or really felt anything. But I do notice a much smoother ride now with the OEM shocks and new rear bearings.
Like I said, I deserved all of the slack that I was given for my original post.

So glad that you edited what I said. Is that like fake news? I love you too.
Here's what I said: I'm the guy who doesn't put up with shitty customer service.
