Bought a shift linkage and highway peg kit off them. The machining looked great, but the materials were not. The tie rod ends were sand cast, not forged like a good quality unit. The highway pegs had no spring loaded check ball to hold them in place.....a little vibration and they would fall from the parked upright position to the riding position.
I contacted the company to return.....all in about a 6 week process, with multiple emails, requests from them for videos and photos, disagreements with my assessment, etc. They offered me 25% refund and advised me to sell the items to someone else, which I refused to do. They finally agreed to a refund but I never got it. After a few emails asking when I would get my refund they ghosted me.
I contacted American Express, provided a copy of all the emails, they agreed with me and reimbursed the charges so I didn't have to pay. I do not know what AE did to get their money back from Nicecnc, or if they ever did. Big thank you shout out to American Express.....and I only have the basic card, nothing fancy
awhile back when i was looking for a part, I did see this website. the stuff looks nice, good price... just didn't think it was a good choice.
Glad I passed.
