My husband and I have been traveling and stopping at several HD. Not all of them are on the new system to be able to get rewards points for purchases. Does anyone know the email address to send pics of the receipts to so they can apply the points? Thanks Dani

 

Call Harley corporate and go through the phone prompts to get the proper department. I'm sure they'll be interested because it usually means someone isn't doing their job or is playing games with rewards system for personal or dealership (*games) reasons 800-258-2464 I'm assuming you're a HOG member

 

I use the HD iPhone app to manage my points and check in at dealerships.

 

completely different than what the op was talking about. She was referring to the dealerships ability to be connected with the corporate point system via the corporate to dealership computer network. I can tell you from experience and inside knowledge that if this is the excuse the dealer is using then it's almost certainly due to dealer shenanigans and call the number I posted and let them know.
