It looks like an interesting interpretation of an HD.. It wasn't built by anyone familiar with HDs. The motor could be a 36(?) to 48 flathead in a rigid frame.. A lot doesn't match.. That year would have had a springer fork and tank shift.. Saddle bags look more recent but could be wrong.. Floorboards are not correct.

Okay; according to my friend who gave me the sculpture (see post#6) it is a generic HD model designed to represent a pre-WWII 45 degree flathead. At least as far as he can remember.

Its a one off custom build.
