Does anyone have any idea of what the value of this bike could be roughly has 8k miles runs but only with choke. I have the side covor as well

Not sure a friend has it not sure what its worth

 

The Police Dynas usually go a little higher than the regular Dynas if they have the original equipment. Does this bike have the bags and tour pack rack?
The wheels, rear shocks, and rear pegs look to be aftermarket which in my mind would reduce value as well.
