Carbon Fiber Helmets Servive
In MayI bought a helmet from Carbonfiberhelmets.com . Recently the inner liner came loose from the shell. Gave them a call and they immediatly sent me a Fedex label and promsied a new liner and next day return on my helmet. Its great to deal with a company that stands behind their product and supports theircustomers this well in this day and age. For those looking for a new helmet ya cant go wrong with these folks.

That's great to know. I received mine a few weeks ago and love it. I live in a Helmet Free State and found it hard to wear a helmet until I got my Carbon Fiber.

yeah, everyone says they have such a great experience with them, but they take a really long time! i ordered a helmet a long time ago, and they said 6 weeks. i got it about 6 weeks to the day, and it didn't fit, so i had to return it and they said they are taking about 5 weeks now. 5 weeks is up and i'm still waiting. i ordered in june i think so i had plenty of riding seaon left when i got it, but so far i'm just hoping i get to try it out before the cold hits. they're busy and i understand that, but 11-12 weeks for a helmet tends to make a guy a little impatient.
but anyway, they seem like a great product, and i can't wait to get mine. sorry if i hijacked your thread.

Been riding with one of their helmets for about a week and love it. Went over to the shop in Orlando to pick up my lid and the ladies there were great. My dad ended up ordering a DOT polo and a buddy of his picked up a German novelty. They were happy to see us show up, for sure.
