How to??...stop clutch lever from vibrating
I was curious to know if others have their clutch lever vibrate...it makes a damn awfull noise!
I compared thefront brakelever which is nice and tight and noticed a bit of play around the lock washer of the pin that holds the clutch lever in place.
I was thinking I could add a second washer to make it snug ?
any thoughts
thanks

When you release your clutch lever does it spring back all the way? There should be a little tension on the handlewhen its not being used, if not you may need to have you clutch cable adjusted by somebody who knows what they are doing. If thats not the cause then I see no reason why a small washer would not solve your problem.

Go with Docharley, very minor adjustment and you should be able to
take the play out without making a clutch adjustment, Just do one thread
turn at a time till the play is gone this will not adjust the clutch plate. The
adjustment is the cable adjuster down by the regulator/frame under the
rubber boot. need two open end wrenches.

My clutch lever vibrates also and like st. john said the cable needs adjusted. I asked my stealer about it and they said it would take five minutes and is covered under warranty. Now I just gotta drag my *** to the dealer.
