I rode the Vision "Cory Ness" limited edition bike at Sturgis and it went like stink without a stage 1 enhancement. It is a sharp looker and IMO beats this rocker abortion hands down. I hope HD falls on their *** on this one. What were they thinkin'? Totally impractical.
I like it. No way I would give up my rk custom for it, but as a second bike, maybe. A buddy of mine is looking to buy his first bike. Upon seeing the rocker, he knew he wanted it. But, with the production delays, he has started looking elsewhere. He saw a victory that he likes, and may end up with it. Sure wish he found a Harley he likes, but I will ride with him regardless of the bike. My biggest thing when promoting HD was always the resale value, and now that is gone. Sure, Harley's have a soul about them that can not be reproduced, but he doesn't know the difference. Heck, my wife is starting to look at another bike to replace her starter. She is set on a Harley, but I was even thinking about taking a Victory out for a spin. I have never ridden one, and am curious as to any comparison between a HD and the victory. Their touring model is not to my tastes, but they have some sharp looking bikes. We shall see. Nothing set for the immediate future.
I sat on the rear seat while we were there, no way I would sit back there, let alone have my wife on the back. The whole bike just looks like a mistake to me.
I like the looks of the Rocker better then that fugly Fat Bob. I can't believe Harley put that same ugly a$$ rear fender on the fat bob that killed Wide Glide sells when they changed over to it a couple years ago.

It is my feeling that Harley was trying to duplicate, as much as possible, the "solo chopper' look.....but still have a two seater (if you want). May not be for everyone.......
but I think as an "Around town" (bar hopper?) it would be a hit.
With all the negatives being voiced.....it will be a collectors bike for sure!
If I had room in my garage and an open credit balance......I would buy one.
Like I have said before......I remember the negative crap said about the "Moo-glides".
(Try to buy one of them now in original condition!!)
The Rocker may be a hit........with investors!
I have a pic if anyone is interested..............j/k Boe
I wouldn't do that to ya
But the pic does exist...
