maybe that white powder on your upper lip has somethin to do with it?

You can get a tube of anti itch cream with hydrocortisone and it will help allot. I get it at Walmart.

It's the wind buffering effect. It is pronounced on baggers more than others. It usually flows right up the chest, disturbing the nostrils.....

Yes at times . Must be pollen or something somewhat seasonal, benydril anti-itch cream saves the day .
You don't want to rub your nose with the back of your glove .
Lots more pollen or whatever is collecting on the top of your gloves .

It only happens to me when I'm running at higher speeds on the highway. Thank God for a modular helmet where I can flip it up and rub my nose.

I usually get a runny nose. The itching may be from wind burn.
