I've got Fox Creek deerskin gauntlets that are great for fall weather. I also have a pair of no name insulated gauntlets for colder weather, but they are thick and stiff. The deerskin gauntlets are super soft and comfortable.
Okay, so it appears as though if I wear a large, I should purchase a large. As for those who suggest trying them on, my dealer doesn't stock many gloves, so that isn't really a possibility -- I already went there. Unfortunately, the gloves I really wanted to buy say "In store purchase only" on the HD site LOL! Maybe I should ask my dealer to order me a pair in large...
Having lived the past 50 yearsin places well north of you,I can tell you that if your hands are going to be relatively motionless for a long period of time, your fingers will get cold regardlessof whatgloves you wear unless you have a heat source in the gloves or in the grips.
itileman is right but if you constantly tighten and relax your fingers on your grips as if you were squeezing a rubber ball, your blood will circulate to your finger tips and keep them somewhat comfortable. You will also develop a pretty nice grip.
I wear these

I completely agree with this. I have a pair of the hd winter gauntlet gloves, and my fingers still freeze. I tried winter ski gloves, still cold. Last year, I wore a pair of summer gloves inside the winter ones. It was a tight fit, and uncomfortable. I was actually thinking of getting some latex gloves to wear under my HUD ones. Do y'all think this would help my fingers? Or, does anyone know of a thin pair of gloves, for under the winter ones, that would help keep my fingers warm? I think I saw some, but can not remember where. [:@]
Bought a pair of Jafrum gauntlets and will try them today..55 degrees this morning. If they dont keep my fingers warm I'm gonna try the laytex gloves inside them. Any time I've had to wear laytex gloves they make my hands sweat so maybe they will help.
