Default 180 mile ride with gang....

Local HOG group. I have done about8 group rides in the last year and half, and do appreciate the effort that some members put forth to assure a safe/organized ride. No payment, justenjoying their passion.

We ended up at a place north of Santa Barbara...$12/head for all you could eat tri-tip, chicken, beans, pasta salad and regular leaf salad. The place had reserved parking for us and treated us well.

Now I know some on this forum do not like these group rides, but as a change up to your normal riding you should try it sometime. Meet some like-minded riders and perhaps some 'new' friends.

We had 30 M/C's with about 40 people. Did some nice roads, with a quick stop on the way. As with most of these events (I assume) the organized ride ends at the original destination. But you can always hook up with some new friends for the ride back, or just go solo at your own pace.
