They will not justbolt on. I believe the mount holes are different. If you havebrackets for the Deluxe, (Factory or aftermarket) you could mount the bags to them. You will probably have todrill at least one new hole ineach bag.It can be done.
Go with after market bags, youll get better quality for less or about the same amount of money. IMHO Harley bags are over priced and small in size when compaired to the after market.
Before you buy bags, after market or otherwise, take the location of the exhaust into consideration. The stock exhaust on the Deluxe may present limitations on the bag's size.

I just recently put Heritage bags on my 06 Deluxe. Took me 20-30 minutes. Just a matter of drilling a hole. Did it my way, though. I did not purchase anything additional to the bags. Best thing I ever did for the bike [for me]!
