Posted this elsewhere, but my brother told me one time...The difference between a helmet and no helmet is open or closed casket. THAT makes sense to me.
I live in Florida where I don't have to wear a helmet, but I still always wear a full face one.
I started off without a helmet and then went to a 1/2 then a full face, becausethe wind was very annoying in Kansas, where I use to live. I don't have a windshield and it is more comfortable to me to have on a full face, even though I live in Florida and it is no where near as windy here.
