Just thought I would throw out a reminder about firewood................. It is wood burning season in many parts of the country,
which also means a lot of firewood is being hauled/delivered.
May want to take special care on the back roads now. I have noticed more chunks of wood laying in the roads locally, probably from overloaded pups, or wood on open trailers falling off.
A nice chunk of wood in the middle ofthe road,at the wrong time could really ruin your day.
Had a lady biker go down the other day on the I-15. She hit a piece of tire tread. Luckily, she was wearing a helmet and full leathers so she wasn't banged up to bad. One reason I don't like to ride at night anymore.[:@]
