i know just because you bought a harley. you think they should give you the shop.well if you aien't happy with the way harley handels things you can always go metric.maybe they will kiss your a$$ but dont count on it. i get so tired of people slammin harley. it such bull sh--

When I walked into the dealership to buy my first Harley, they quickly identified me as a RUB, knowing I would purchase a lot of stupid ,worthless crap to throwat my new bike. Knowing that RUBs like anything they can show off, I got the glass plaque for the home office. It's proudly displayed next to my fingerless glove collection...

Yea, on my first bike when I paid all the extra fees, (before I knew better) the dealer sent me the glass with the Eagle on it. My next bike, the 07 UC, I paid a little less than retail with no additional fees and did not even get a T-shirt, guess I should have paid the $650 in additional fees to receive the freebies.
