I bought this bike for 12kfrom a friend who hardly ever rode it and was very **** bout takin care of it. Itis a 99' with only6300 miles on the ticker and is in perfect shape. What do you guys think?
IMO you only paid too much if you are going to get rid of it soon. Take care of it, make it your own and keep it for a few years. You will then be happy. Good luck with it.
If YOU like it, YOU didn't pay too much, ride it, enjoy it, nice looking bikewho cares what anyone else thinks, it's your money, if someone says you paid too much, let THEM buy YOU the next bike.
There is a lot to be said for buying from someone you know and knowing the history of the bike. I would gladly pay the small amout more you paid to have that. If you bought from someone else you might have had to put a lot more than that into it to make it right. You did good. Just enjoy it and be very happy you got a good ride.
A good ride is much more importaint than a good deal anyday. Congratulations on a smokin' hot ride.
