Would think moco would be interested in copyright infringement being used to scam. Additionally I know a good lawyer that could cost MOCO big bucks for allowing their product rights to be used for scams, and failing to act. I think MOCO might be interested.

The page says to call them with any questions, but there isn't a phone number listed. The address is just up the road from me. I might make a trip up there this weekend with a bike trailer.
