If you paid with pay pal make sure it cleared. I had an issue once with paypal changing my default to electronic check or some crap and it took forever for the payment to clear. Once it cleared it got shipped and I got pay pal corrected and no more issues.

I've ordered tons of stuff online and only had a problem with one place. Dicked me around for months that the part was on back order and the supplier was having problems. Finally I just filed a dispute with my credit card company and got a charge back. I won the dispute.
All the other times I've had my stuff in 10 days or less.Most of the times its just a few days. If they haven't update you on the status of the delivery I would be real concerned. Better get on them right away and find out what the deal is. You may have a deadline on your right to dispute.

just get one excuse after another ,say he will send shiping numbers then say he dose not have any numbers

Looks like they are very slow to deliver compounded with the fact that you are in Scotland. So they may be having some customs issues that they are not used to dealing with. They probably should have dropped the whole thing if they can not handle the problems with international shipping. According to the reply on Ebay looks like it is still in the process of being shipped to you. Keep us posted which happens. Money back or parts arrived.
